High Grounds Coffee Expands with New Greektown Mini-Mart

High Grounds Coffee Roasters, a beloved Highlandtown cafe for 20 years, is expanding to Greektown under the new ownership of Josh and Mickie Pulley. The Pulleys, who took over two years ago, are opening a mini-mart this fall that will function both as a cafe and market. This new venture aims to showcase their extensive roastery capabilities, offering a variety of specialty blends and cold brews. The shop at 600 Rappolla St. will also sell everyday convenience items alongside their unique coffee products. This expansion seeks to reintroduce the High Grounds brand to a wider audience, emphasizing its role as a significant local roaster with potential for increased wholesale opportunities.
