Report of Damaged or Incorrect Shipments:


If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or presents any other issue, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery at Concierge@LuxCafeClub.com. Evidence, such as photographs, may be required to facilitate compensation. Please note that our liability for damages is restricted to the value of the purchased product.

Exclusions from Guarantee:


Our guarantee does not cover issues arising from the following scenarios:

  • Provision of an incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
  • Requests for address changes made post-shipment that result in package rerouting.
  • Melting of the product post-delivery.
  • Unforeseen shipping delays beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds:


Given the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns of undamaged items. If your shipment is compromised in any way or is a result of a shipping error, please get in touch within 3 days of receipt. While we typically authorize refunds for such situations, it's essential to recognize that coffee's rich tapestry of flavors is a deeply personal experience. Individual taste perceptions may vary; thus, differences in flavor preference do not qualify for a refund. However, your invaluable feedback aids us in refining our subsequent curation endeavors.
