Fuglen Coffee, a Norwegian specialty coffee roaster and café chain, is gearing up to open a new location in Jakarta's Ashta District 8 shopping centre. While the launch date has not been announced, the brand is known for its espresso and cocktail bar, and it will be situated near Café Kitsuné. Fuglen Coffee joins a mix of local and international coffee shops in the mall, continuing its global expansion since its first international opening in Tokyo in 2012. With two outlets in Norway and six in Japan, Fuglen is contributing to the growing Indonesian coffee market, which is expected to double by 2028.
