From Rejection to Roast - Michael Coyne's Inspiring Coffee Journey

Michael Coyne, a determined 27-year-old with autism, ADHD, and bipolar disorder, turned rejection into triumph by opening Red, White & Brew coffee shop. After facing repeated job denials, Coyne pursued his dream by taking business classes and launching his own inclusive café in 2019. His shop, which employs people with and without special needs, quickly outgrew its original location and is set to reopen in a larger Warwick space. Coyne, also a decorated Special Olympics Rhode Island athlete, aims to inspire others with disabilities. His story is a testament to perseverance and the power of inclusion.
