Judy and Kirk Hayes are set to open the first physical location of their coffee roasting business, Craftsman Coffee, in Pacifica next month. The couple, who started their business in 2017, operated from a vintage van but have now signed a lease for a commercial space to foster a community environment. The coffee shop will continue to serve their signature coffee drinks and roasted beans, alongside a selection of pastries from local bakeries. The Hayeses aim to create a social space for conversations and connections, reflecting Judy's passion for coffee and community. Craftsman Coffee will also continue to offer private catering and a subscription service for their coffee beans.
