He has a deep understanding of the coffee industry, having learned the science of coffee – from sourcing to roasting and brewing – during his time with a coffee franchising company in Maine. Creekside Coffee, which sources from family coffee farmers in Costa Rica, Honduras, and Brazil, offers high-quality specialty coffee, an industry valued at $22 billion in 2022 and projected to grow significantly. Skrabak sees local roasters as comrades rather than competitors, united in delivering quality products and experiences to consumers. Beyond commercial success, Skrabak's mission with Creekside Coffee is to inspire others to pursue their happiness, embodying his belief that business can have both tangible and intangible positive impacts.
