Ziggi’s Coffee, a well-known specialty franchised coffee shop, is set to open a new location on Tuesday, June 25, at the Horizon Fuel Center in Valley Center. Owned and operated by the San Pasqual Economic Development Corporation (SPEDC), this new outlet marks Ziggi’s first tribal partnership, highlighting a significant step towards economic growth for the San Pasqual tribe. The shop will employ 29 local residents and features a drive-thru service. Ziggi’s Coffee offers a diverse menu, including specialty coffees, teas, smoothies, and a variety of food items such as breakfast sandwiches, burritos, and baked goods. The partnership aims to create a community hub for residents, providing not just coffee, but also a friendly atmosphere and positive customer experience. With 92 locations already open across 19 states, Ziggi’s continues to expand, with over 200 more in development. The new Valley Center location will be open from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays and from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends.
