Ziggi’s Coffee Expands in California with New San Diego Location

Ziggi’s Coffee, a specialty coffee brand originating from Colorado, is set to expand its footprint in California with a new shop opening in Valley Center, San Diego County, on June 25. This will be the second Ziggi’s Coffee location in the state, with the first situated in Hawthorne, Los Angeles. The coffee shop, known for its handcrafted drinks and diverse food menu, was founded by Brandon and Camrin Knudsen nearly 20 years ago with the vision of creating a welcoming community space. The Valley Center location is owned by the San Pasqual Economic Development Corporation, which aims to support economic growth for the San Pasqual tribal government. The new shop will feature a drive-thru design and offer a wide range of beverages including specialty coffees, teas, smoothies, and more, alongside food items like breakfast sandwiches and baked goods. The shop will operate from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays and 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends.
