Yeastie Boys Bakehouse, a new coffee shop from the owners of Cups and Pups Coffee, is set to open this summer in Orlando, offering a unique blend of ’90s hip-hop culture and artisanal pastries. The bakehouse will replace the current Cups and Pups Coffee location at 1307 Edgewater Drive, while the latter moves to a new spot at 2413 Edgewater Drive by the end of 2024. Matt and April Guldi, who started with a mobile coffee cart in 2018, opened their first brick-and-mortar in 2021 and are now expanding their business. Matt Guldi aims to create a welcoming space where customers feel like friends in his kitchen, enjoying his passion for baking. Yeastie Boys Bakehouse will feature specialty coffee options, including popular items from Cups and Pups, such as the Honey Nut Cheerio latte and strawberry mocha latte, all within a hypermodern and stylish setting.
