The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) has unveiled the locations for the 2025 World Coffee Championships (WCC), which will span four cities across three continents. This historic announcement marks the first time the World Brewers Cup will be held in Southeast Asia, specifically at World of Coffee Jakarta in Indonesia from May 15-17, 2025. The event aims to spotlight the diverse skillsets within the coffee industry, offering a grand stage for coffee professionals to showcase their artistry, expertise, and passion. The World Coffee Roasting Championship will kick off the series at the Specialty Coffee Expo Houston in the United States from April 25-27. Following Jakarta, the World Latte Art, World Coffee in Good Spirits, and World Cup Tasters Championships will take place at World of Coffee Geneva in Switzerland from June 26-28. The grand finale, the 25th edition of the World Barista Championship, will occur at HostMilano in Italy from October 17-21. The SCA's annual championship events aim to elevate global coffee standards and support the thriving coffee community.
