Owners Tammy Huynh and Katie Voong are marrying Asian flavors and craft coffee, offering unique drinks like cherry blossom lattes and coconut ube coffee. Operating as a pop-up since April, they plan to open a permanent location soon. Huynh's passion for coffee, ignited in her childhood in Vietnam, shines through in every cup. Robu sources beans from family farms in Dalat, Vietnam, blending arabica and robusta for a distinctive taste. Their menu also features fruit fizzes and creative concoctions like truffle macchiatos. Huynh aims to create more than just a coffee shop—she wants to craft joyful moments, one sip at a time.
