Una Más, a new specialty coffee shop with a focus on Hispanic comfort food, is set to open in Tampa Heights. Owned by seasoned baristas Paola Chamorro Ward and Curt Hensley, the café will occupy a space within Fancy Free Nursery. Drawing from their Colombian and Cuban heritages, the menu will feature dishes like cheesy corn arepas and picadillo over rice. The café will have a limited seating area, with most tables set outdoors amid the nursery’s flora. Their first pop-up event is scheduled to provide a taste of what Una Más will offer, including a variety of coffee drinks and small breakfast and lunch items. The owners plan to operate independently, focusing on quality and community connection rather than rapid expansion.
