Un Caffe Coffee Bar is set to open a second location in Houston, enhancing its presence in the coffee scene. The new café will be situated in the Union Transfer and Storage Building, with construction beginning in February and completion expected by March 2026. Founder Soonkack Kook aims to replicate the success of the original location, which opened in Midtown in 2023. The café specializes in Italian-style coffee, offering a blend of authentic espresso and modern light roasts. Kook, a former software engineer, has a passion for coffee that he developed with the help of champion barista Daehoon Park. The original location has gained popularity among locals and visitors alike, creating a welcoming atmosphere for coffee lovers. The upcoming location promises to bring the same experience and quality to a new audience, contributing to Houston's vibrant coffee culture.
