Finalists have been chosen for their efforts in creating positive change throughout the coffee value chain, emphasizing collaboration, and sharing knowledge. Among the for-profit finalists are Rebuild Womens Hope Cooperative and Black Baza Coffee Co., while non-profits like the International Women’s Coffee Alliance and Root Capital have also been recognized. Winners will be announced in late March 2024 and honored at major industry events.
