Summer Energy Boost

Summer Energy Boost

Starbucks has just released a new line of iced energy drinks, catering to those seeking a summer pick-me-up. The three flavors, Melon Burst, Tropical Citrus, and Frozen Tropical Citrus, contain around the same amount of caffeine as a typical cold brew. While the flavors are unique and refreshing, the energy factor is somewhat underwhelming, leaving the question of whether Starbucks is trying to do too much by venturing into the energy drink market. It's worth noting that the chain's specialty lies in coffee, and perhaps they should focus on perfecting that rather than branching out into new territory. The prices, ranging from $5.75 to $6.95, may also be a deterrent for some customers who can find similar energy drinks at a lower cost elsewhere.
