Slayer Unveils Steam Single

Slayer, a renowned espresso machine company, has launched the Steam Single, a home-focused, single-group variant of its commercial Steam line of espresso machines. This new machine marks a significant milestone as it's the first Slayer machine with an onboard reservoir, allowing users to operate it without direct plumbing to a water source. The Steam Single boasts a 2.5-liter reservoir made from food-safe BPA-free Tritan plastic and is the first machine developed from concept to market-ready finish since Slayer was acquired by Italy's Cimbali Group. Notably, this machine maintains the iconic design features of the Steam line, including the swooping top rail, steam and hot water activation levers, and the knob-controlled digital barista console. The dual boiler machine has a 0.8-liter brew boiler and a 2.4-liter steam boiler, driven by a commercial-grade rotary pump. What's impressive is that users can program temperature and volumetric features through the top-mounted digital dashboard, making it an accessible and compact package for both home use and single-group commercial markets. Overall, the Steam Single is a game-changer in the espresso machine industry, offering users unparalleled convenience and performance.
