The roastery’s specialty is a light to medium roast, which brings out sweet and clean flavors in each cup. In 2022, SkyTop Coffee received a U.S. Good Food Award for its Colombian Finca Santa Maria brew, solidifying its reputation for high-quality coffee. Beyond beverages, SkyTop offers a variety of breakfast and lunch options, including the popular Home Star Breakfast Sandwich, which features organic eggs, roasted tomato, and strawberry balsamic dressed organic mixed greens on Pastabilities stretch bread.
