Red Label Coffee Co. and Scoops & Cones Cafe have teamed up to open a combined location at 14 Washington Ave., taking over the former site of Cool Beans Coffee Shoppe. This partnership brings together the best of both worlds – coffee and ice cream – under one roof. Joseph and Jonathan Vitale, the brothers behind Red Label Coffee, have been friends with Thomas Cacciopoli, the owner of Scoops & Cones Cafe, for five years. Their shared dream of going into business together became a reality when this prime location became available. Both brands have already established a strong presence in Nassau County, and this new venture marks their expansion into Suffolk County. The new location boasts a wide selection of caffeinated beverages from Red Label, including their 50 flavors of iced coffees with no added sugar, and a variety of handmade ice creams, waffles, crepes, brownies, and cookies from Scoops & Cones. The collaboration also offers unique items like affogato, an Italian dessert featuring ice cream and coffee.
