The bakery has seamlessly integrated an impressive coffee service inspired by the diversity of a wine menu, featuring coffees from multiple countries. Their new location, five times larger than the original, allows for more dining seating and a broader culinary offering. They rotate various blends and single-origin espressos, and their pour-over options include different varieties and fermentation methods. Sustainability is a priority, with efforts to source from local farms and reduce waste through discounted day-old baked goods. The café uses top-notch equipment like the Kees van Der Westen Spirit Duette and Speedster for their complex coffee creations. Open as of January 2024, the project also showcases local craftsmanship, with furniture made by Baltimore artisans.
