Terra Forte Coffee has recently opened its doors at the Old Sacramento Waterfront, bringing a unique coffee experience to the local scene. Co-owners Miriam Ponce and Francisco Quintero aim to distinguish their establishment by offering customers a selection of coffee from various countries such as Colombia, Guatemala, and Mexico, with a side of education on the beans' origins. The couple, who previously sold coffee beans, have transformed a former Subway spot into a cozy 2,500-square-foot coffee shop. Aside from a diverse coffee menu, they plan to introduce food items like sandwiches in the near future. Terra Forte is not just about serving coffee; it's about creating an atmosphere that captures the heart of Sacramento and leaves a lasting impression on tourists and locals alike.
