Royal Flamingo Coffee, a celebrated Columbus roaster known for winning multiple medals, is opening its first permanent coffee shop in Grandview. Founded by Bryan and Beth Brzozowski, the company started from humble beginnings with a home sample roaster and has grown exponentially, especially after winning gold for their CM Red Fruits Espresso at The Golden Bean North America competition. Initially available only at farmers markets and online, the coffee will now be served at their new location inside Natalie’s Pizza, which shares a space with the cocktail bar, I Like It Like That. By day, it's a serene coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating, free WiFi, and a dog-friendly patio, perfect for meetings and social gatherings. By night, it transforms into a trendy cocktail bar with espresso-infused drinks. The shop aims to cater to both experienced coffee enthusiasts and newcomers with a variety of offerings. The grand opening is on July 5, and the shop will operate from Wednesday to Sunday, 8am-2pm.
