Rambler Cafe - A Unique Blend of Coffee and Flowers in One Spot

A new coffee shop and floral boutique has opened on Stevens Avenue, offering a fresh experience for customers. Rambler Cafe, founded by Charlee-Ann Charron, combines her love for flowers and coffee. The idea came from her previous mobile flower business, which struggled during the pandemic. To create a stable income, she decided to merge it with a coffee shop concept.

• Charron gained coffee knowledge by working at Rwanda Bean before taking over their retail space.

• The cafe features 28 seats and serves Rwanda Bean coffee, with unique drinks like the blackberry-vanilla Brambler.

• Food options include bagels from Orchard Ridge Farm and pastries from Norimoto Bakery, with plans for in-house baking.

• The flower bar offers about 20 types of flowers, with online ordering and delivery options coming soon.

This innovative cafe matters because it supports local businesses and creates a community hub. It reflects the resilience of entrepreneurs adapting to challenges and finding new ways to thrive.
