Poisoned Dwarf to Headline Three Jolly Coachmen’s Coffee House Concert

Poisoned Dwarf, a Williamsburg-based Celtic band, will headline the Three Jolly Coachmen’s Coffee House concert series on Friday, July 12, at Bruton Parish Episcopal Church’s Lewis Hall. Known for their lively performances of traditional and lesser-known Celtic music from regions such as Ireland, Scotland, Spain, Wales, and France, the band promises an engaging, pub-like atmosphere. The concert series, which donates a portion of ticket sales and all drink donations to local charities, will benefit FISH, a nonprofit supporting Williamsburg, James City County, and York County residents with food, clothing, and small housewares. Over two seasons, the Coffee House has held 11 concerts, 10 of which sold out, raising a total of $12,400 for various local charities including the Williamsburg House of Mercy, Grove Christian Outreach Center, Meals on Wheels, SpiritWorks, and Colonial CASA. The event begins at 7:30 p.m. at 330 W. Duke of Gloucester Street.
