Pint Size Bakery & Coffee Welcomes New Owners This July

Change is in the air at Pint Size Bakery & Coffee, as co-owners Nancy Boehm, Christy Augustin, and Matt Augustin have announced the sale of their beloved bakery at 3133 Watson Road in Lindenwood Park. The new owners, Alexis Pereira and Emma Hankins, are both accomplished pastry chefs with a vision for continuing the bakery's legacy. Pereira, a former Pint Size employee, and Hankins were initially working on their own venture, Bedeviled Bakery, before deciding to take over Pint Size when the opportunity arose. They expressed deep respect for what Boehm and Augustin have created and are eager to maintain the tradition of small-batch, from-scratch baking that the community loves. The outgoing owners are thrilled to pass the torch to such passionate and talented bakers, confident that the bakery will thrive under their stewardship. Boehm and Augustin thanked the community for its support over the past 12 years and encouraged customers to embrace the new owners. The transition marks an exciting new chapter for Pint Size Bakery & Coffee, promising fresh ideas while honoring its rich history.
