Pensacola’s First 7-Brew Coffee Shop to Open on North Davis Highway

7-Brew, a popular national coffee chain, is set to open its first Pensacola location on North Davis Highway, moving from its initial proposed site to the Home Depot plaza. The new site will feature a 500-square-foot building with two drive-thru lanes on a 0.97-acre parcel. The coffee shop will share a parking lot with Smalls Sliders, a Louisiana-based burger franchise, which is also opening soon in the same plaza. The collaborative parking arrangement is feasible due to the smaller, drive-thru-only buildings of both businesses. The updated site plans for 7-Brew were filed with Escambia County last week and will be reviewed by the county’s Development Review Committee. 7-Brew, known for its efficient drive-thru service similar to Chick-fil-A, offers a variety of beverages, including coffee, smoothies, shakes, and energy drinks, but does not sell food. The chain originated in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2017 and has expanded to multiple locations across Florida.
