Denver International Airport has just welcomed its second Novo Coffee location, a local specialty coffee roaster, in partnership with the AVE Group. This new coffee kiosk, located at Concourse B, offers Novo Coffee's full menu, including freshly baked goods and other takeaway items. What's unique about this partnership is its commitment to sustainability, with Novo Coffee holding a Certifiably Green Denver certification. The AVE Group, founded by experienced travel retail executive Kathleen Schafer, was established to bring Novo Coffee to the airport, and this partnership is a result of the airport's Small Business Enterprise Concessions programme. This programme aims to level the playing field for small businesses, and it's exciting to see local businesses thriving in this environment. The partnership is a win-win for both parties, with Novo Coffee bringing high-quality products to travelers and the AVE Group managing daily operations. I think it's fantastic to see local businesses getting the opportunity to shine, and I'm sure travelers will appreciate the additional location.
