A Vernon native is returning to her hometown to launch a new coffee shop called 7 Brew, taking over the old Denny's location at Tri-City Plaza. Sharon Parmar, along with her family, is excited to bring this unique coffee concept to the community. The new establishment will focus on a special customer service experience and aims to open by early December. This will be the second location for 7 Brew in New England, following the first opening in Wallingford. The decision to open in Vernon is deeply personal for Parmar, as she has fond memories of the area from her childhood. The project will also create around 50 jobs for local residents.
• The new coffee shop will replace the old Denny's with a prefabricated building.
• The Parmar family emphasizes kindness and community connections in their service.
• The location is significant for the owners, as they grew up in Vernon.
• The shop aims to become a local favorite with its drive-thru experience.
This new venture is important for the Vernon community, as it represents both a revitalization of a long-standing location and a commitment to local culture. By creating jobs and fostering community ties, 7 Brew aims to enhance the local economy and social fabric.
