Following D'Latte Café's closure in February 2024, 218 Main Street in Greenport has been transformed into Pip's Café & Provisions, owned by Alexander Perros and Ali Tuthill. This neighborhood spot focuses on quality over trends, offering house-made baked goods, locally sourced ingredients, and thoughtfully crafted breakfast and lunch options.
Everything is freshly baked daily—from croissants to donuts—and paired with perfectly brewed Counter Culture Coffee from North Carolina. The menu features real food with no shortcuts, supporting the North Fork community through local sourcing whenever possible.
Pip's maintains the warm atmosphere that made its predecessor beloved while adding modern touches and a refreshed menu approach. The café has preserved the community spirit, welcoming longtime regulars while introducing new patrons to its cozy space.
Open Monday and Wednesday through Sunday (7am-3pm), Pip's serves as Greenport's natural gathering place—somewhere that feels like it's always been part of the community's daily rhythm, whether you're grabbing coffee to go or enjoying a leisurely meal with friends.
