Nespresso has introduced an unexpected blend to their lineup: vitamin-infused coffee. This innovation falls under the "enhanced coffees" category, which includes beverages fortified with extra ingredients like vitamins and natural enhancers. Nespresso's new offering, Vivida, is infused with Vitamin B12, known for its health benefits such as supporting the immune system and promoting healthy skin and bones. A cup of Vivida coffee provides 20% of the recommended daily intake of B12. Unlike other enhanced coffees that may have extra caffeine or various extracts, Vivida focuses solely on the vitamin infusion. It is a medium roast with notes of honey and cereal, designed to be enjoyed as an Americano. Currently, Vivida is available only in Vertuo machine-compatible pods, but other options for vitamin-infused coffee exist for those with original Nespresso machines. This move opens up new possibilities for coffee lovers looking to boost their health with their daily brew.
