Missoula's business landscape is buzzing with activity this season. Clyde Coffee, known for its Hip Strip location, has opened a second spot inside the Missoula Public Library, offering coffee and treats from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Meanwhile, Black Coffee Roasting Company is closing its Main Street location at the Wren Hotel to refocus efforts on their Spruce Street Quonset hut. In other news, Bob Oaks, founder of the North Missoula Community Development Corporation, received a Lifetime Achievement Award for his work in affordable housing and community development. Missoula Mayor Andrea Davis was also honored with a Changemaker Award for her 15-year tenure at Homeword, where she helped over 1,000 people annually with homebuyer education and housing development. In response to mass eviction notices at Spring Creek Mobile Home Park, the Whitefish Community Foundation awarded a $45,000 Emergency Response Grant to help displaced residents. Additionally, Devin and Savannah Doss have launched Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services to cater to Missoula and the Bitterroot Valley, offering a comprehensive range of janitorial services.
