This regional favorite, known for its small-batch roasted coffee and diverse food offerings, currently operates 50 stores across several states including Minnesota, Iowa, and Texas. The expansion, facilitated by new ownership under Gala Capital Partners and spearheaded by President Scott Harvey, aims to address the lack of quality coffee options in various parts of the U.S. The ambitious growth strategy will likely increase its competitiveness with major national chains like Starbucks and Dutch Bros.
