This marks the brand's first expansion outside its home state, and it aims to provide a local experience by not franchising these locations. The company is currently looking for local bakers to supply pastries and desserts for the cafés, emphasizing a community-driven approach. Haute Coffee started as a mobile coffee truck in March 2023 and quickly gained popularity for its unique Yemeni and Ethiopian coffee roasts. They also offer catering services, with bookings starting in January 2026. This expansion highlights the brand's commitment to quality products and genuine service while aiming to create a strong local presence in Northern California.
