Little Victories Coffee, an independent specialty coffee roaster hailing from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, has launched its third location as part of the 2024 Build-Outs of Coffee series. Owned by two seasoned coffee professionals, this new cafe aims to push the boundaries of coffee culture in Ottawa by focusing on quality design and superior coffee. The shop, which opened on April 15th, 2024, features a dedicated area for different types of coffee, including custom Slayer Espresso machines for milk-based and black coffees, and a slow pour area for filter coffees using pourover and aeropress techniques. Moreover, their sustainability efforts include delivering coffee in reusable pails rather than traditional bags, significantly reducing waste. The cafe was designed in-house and constructed with the help of local craftspeople and creatives. Little Victories Coffee is committed to sourcing beans through direct relationships with producers, emphasizing quality and sustainability throughout their operations.
