Hex Coffee Expands with New Japanese-Inspired Restaurant in Charlotte

A new chapter begins for Hex Coffee as it prepares to open a larger location at Camp North End in Charlotte on April 18. This full-service restaurant will feature a menu inspired by Japanese cuisine, alongside popular dishes from its previous concept, Stable Hand. Founded by Chandler Wrenn and Tanner Morita, Hex aims to blend fine dining elements with coffee culture, creating a unique dining experience.

• The new restaurant will offer a spacious cafe with seating for 65, including outdoor areas for events.

• Chef Obediah Rysztak will lead the kitchen, serving dishes like rice porridge with pork belly and Spam musubi.

• A full coffee menu will be available, along with craft instant coffee for take-home.

• Signature mocktails and natural wines will complement the food offerings.

This expansion is significant for both Hex Coffee and Camp North End, which has seen rapid growth and development in recent years. The new location not only enhances the dining options in the area but also reflects the evolving food culture in Charlotte, making it an exciting destination for locals and visitors alike.
