Good Coffee Takes Flight at Philadelphia Airport

Elixr Coffee Roasters has opened a new café at Philadelphia International Airport, aiming to change the perception of airport coffee. This location, between Terminals B and C, is the seventh for Elixr and promises to serve high-quality coffee alongside pastries from local bakeries. The café is a collaboration with Jackmont Hospitality, which manages several airport retail outlets. Elixr is now the first specialty coffee brand in Jackmont's portfolio, joining other coffee options like Green Beans Coffee. Co-founder Evan Inatome expressed pride in expanding their roots in Philadelphia, emphasizing the need for great coffee while traveling. The airport now boasts multiple specialty coffee options, including La Colombe, making it a standout compared to many international airports. With this new addition, travelers can enjoy a better start to their journey, enhancing the overall experience of visiting Philadelphia.
