A new Foxtail Coffee Co. location is set to open on November 7 at The Palms at Gate Parkway, a vibrant retail and dining hub in Jacksonville. This will be the fourth location for the popular coffee chain in the area, following successful openings in San Marco, St. Augustine, and Ponte Vedra Beach. The new shop will feature 1,456 square feet of interior space and an additional 1,585 square feet of outdoor seating. It will also serve Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream, a local favorite that began as an ice cream truck in 2014.

• Other planned tenants include Four Score Golf Tavern, V Steakhouse (now 14 Prime), and V Pizza.
• The city approved a permit for the build-out costing $485,533.
• Bravo Zulu Group is the contractor for the entire $1 million project.
