Elliott Coffee, a new neighborhood coffee shop located at 825 6th Avenue, officially opens on July 20. Situated in a renovated old gas station, the shop offers a range of artisanal drinks, including espresso, matcha, and tea with housemade syrups and locally-sourced honey. Small breakfast bites, such as pastries and loaded toasts, are also on the menu. Co-owners Elijah and Isabelle Knapp, along with Elijah's brother Asa, aim to create a friendly, high-end coffee experience. Originally from central Ohio, Elijah moved to Cincinnati in 2020 and fell in love with the Northern Kentucky area. After searching for the perfect location, they found the gas station through a serendipitous connection in the real estate industry. A successful crowdfunding campaign raised $18,833 from 210 supporters, allowing them to bring their vision to life. The shop features both indoor and outdoor seating, creating a community-focused atmosphere where locals can enjoy quality coffee and engage with each other.
