A new café, State Street Coffee and Ice Cream, has opened in Elberta, bringing a much-needed community spot for coffee lovers and ice cream fans. Owned by Candice Bass and the Harrison family, the café emerged from a desire to utilize extra space in their downtown building. They engaged the community to find out what was missing, and the response was clear: a cozy place to enjoy coffee and sweets. With guidance from Crimson Cup Coffee & Tea’s 7 Steps to Success program, they launched the café, offering a range of handcrafted drinks and ice cream options.
