Decaf Delight: Good for You or Not?

Decaf coffee, with 97% less caffeine than regular coffee, offers various health benefits without the potential adverse effects of caffeine. It could also help in managing fasting blood sugar levels. Although decaf coffee contains minimal caffeine, it still retains essential micronutrients and antioxidants beneficial for health. However, more research is needed to fully understand the long-term effects of decaf coffee consumption.
