Drinking two to three cups of coffee daily may lower the risk of dementia, according to a significant study involving over 131,000 American nurses and health professionals. • Interestingly, higher consumption of decaffeinated coffee was associated with faster memory decline, possibly due to health issues prompting the switch to decaf.
