A family-owned coffee truck, Lynn & Gray Coffee Co., recently shined at Lancaster's Best Food Truck Competition held at Root’s Old Mill Flea Market. This event not only showcased delicious food but also supported a local rescue group. The competition featured various food trucks competing in multiple categories, with a panel of judges determining the winners.
• Lynn & Gray Coffee Co. won both Best Food Truck and top honors in the Drinks division, serving a variety of beverages including espresso and chai.
• Gourmet Julie’s Way secured second place overall and won the “Other” category, offering a range of hand-held dishes.
• Scoops Ice Cream and Grille took third place and was recognized as the best frozen dessert truck.
• Community Choice winners included Cool Beans Brew for first and Walk-O Taco for third.
This competition is significant as it not only promotes local businesses but also raises funds for Joyful Doberman Rescue, which helps care for and find homes for Dobermans. It fosters community spirit and highlights the vibrant food truck scene in Lancaster.
