The 2024 World of Coffee event in Copenhagen recently concluded, showcasing the latest in coffee technology and innovation. The event, hosted by the Specialty Coffee Association, saw companies from around the globe presenting their newest products. Notable among these were the Slayer Steam Single, a home-focused espresso machine featuring a 2.5L water reservoir and dual brewing modes; the Marco MilkPal, an advanced milk dispenser capable of handling up to 24 liters per hour with customizable foam and temperature settings; the xBloom Studio, a versatile coffee machine from California that allows for both automated and manual brewing with integrated grinding and weighing features; and the ROASTINO Manual Roaster, a hands-on roasting device that emphasizes the artisanal aspect of coffee preparation. Additionally, Loveramics introduced their practical and stylish lanyard cups and embossed tasting cups designed with 2023 World Barista Champion Boram Um. Finally, Sibarist unveiled their Dual Chamber Filter, which allows for simultaneous brewing of two different coffees. Each of these products captured significant attention and are expected to make waves in the coffee industry in the coming year.
