Initially operating from a trailer, Bauer expanded to a second stationary trailer in Freeburg due to limited local coffee options. With growing popularity, Bauer hired more staff and extended business hours. The Columbia location, housed in a building already owned by Bauer and her husband, capitalizes on a strong existing customer base. The Coffee Pot offers a variety of hot and cold beverages, including unique seasonal themes and double cups for diverse drink options. Their success is bolstered by community partnerships and a walk-up service model, emphasizing quick, friendly interactions.
