Cerulean Blue Coffee House Opens in Flower Mound’s Parker Square

Cerulean Blue, a new coffee house owned by Paul and Jackie Dietzler, has opened in Parker Square, Flower Mound. This establishment aims to become a community hub rather than just a place for coffee. Located in the former Edison Coffee space, Cerulean Blue offers a cozy atmosphere complete with comfortable seating, soft lighting, two fireplaces, and curated art. The Dietzlers, who also own Expo Home Improvement, envision Cerulean Blue as a place where people can gather, share ideas, and build relationships. The menu features a range of handcrafted coffees, espressos, teas, smoothies, and a variety of freshly baked goods, quiche, homemade biscuits, sandwiches, and salads. The coffee house had its ribbon-cutting this week and is set for a grand opening event from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. this Saturday, which will include cookie decorating for kids, complimentary samples, and special giveaways. The Dietzlers hope Cerulean Blue will serve as a welcoming space for all.
