Carnival Cruise Line is enhancing the passenger experience by introducing a new coffee pick-up feature in its HUB App. This service aims to minimize wait times at popular coffee spots, particularly during busy morning hours. With this feature, guests can order their favorite coffee drinks in advance and simply pick them up, avoiding long lines. Currently available on select ships, the service is expected to expand fleet-wide soon. Carnival's Brand Ambassador, John Heald, emphasized that this initiative is about guest convenience rather than reducing staff. However, it does not apply to beverage packages like “Cheers!” or “Drinks on Us!” which still require in-person ordering. The introduction of this service is part of Carnival's ongoing efforts to improve onboard amenities, making mornings more enjoyable for coffee lovers.
