Founded by Jennifer Elinburg and Carrie Walton, the cafe will employ adults and some high school students, with each shift guided by a mentor. The venue, located at Tannery Row, will offer classic coffee favorites, smoothies, and pastries in partnership with a local nonprofit bakery. To foster community support, Brightside Cafe is selling personalized bricks to fund their patio construction, embodying their commitment to inclusion and community spirit.
