White Bear Coffee, a specialty coffee roaster and café chain from Poland, is planning to open six new stores in 2024, building on its growth from the previous year. With a focus on expanding into untapped Polish provinces, the Białystok-based company is restructuring its franchise model to accommodate multi-site operators and introduce smaller, on-the-go store formats. The chain experienced a 37% increase in year-on-year turnover in 2023, reflecting its strong performance across its existing nine stores and six new openings, including in Kraków and Lublin. The brand now aims to cater to the increasing demand for on-the-go coffee with new takeaway kiosks and mobile coffee carts, while also enhancing customer experience with mobile pre-ordering and an app-based loyalty program.
