Expocacer, a cooperative of coffee growers from the Cerrado Mineiro region in Brazil, is set to launch an exclusive specialty coffee at the Specialty Coffee Expo in Chicago. This new coffee, produced by female champion grower Natália Naimeg, boasts a 90-point rating and the flavorful Catucai 2SL variety. The launch aims to promote gender equality and recognize the vital role of women in coffee production. Visitors to the expo can enjoy a wide array of cupping sessions and pairings with traditional Brazilian foods at booth 1856. They will experience ten different flavors and aromas from the cooperative's members, showcasing the diversity and richness of the Cerrado Mineiro region's coffee.
