Blueprint Coffee, a notable specialty coffee roaster based in St. Louis, has opened a new 11,000 square foot headquarters and roastery in the Tiffany neighborhood, just north of Shaw. This new facility includes the roastery, offices, and an educational hub. It's designed with the potential for future expansions that might include a bakery commissary or another retail outlet. This expansion enables Blueprint Coffee to increase its roasting capacity to over 2,500 pounds of coffee weekly and improve the training and support for its team. The new headquarters will also allow the Delmar flagship location to expand its cafe area, enhancing customer experience.
