Blueprint Coffee, a specialty coffee roaster based in St. Louis, has inaugurated its new headquarters and roasting facility in the Tiffany neighborhood, near Shaw. The 11,000-square-foot site at 1600 S. 39th St. will serve multiple functions including a roastery, office space, and an educational center. Future plans might also convert the facility into a bakery commissary or even another retail outlet. This expansion doesn't just increase their production capacity—to over 2,500 pounds of coffee weekly—but also enhances their ability to maintain high-quality service and training. The move is part of Blueprint’s strategy to not only grow in size but also in capability, ensuring they continue delivering excellent products and support.
